THE COLLECT FOR TODAY
(4th in Lent) Merciful Lord, absolve your people from their offences, that through your bountiful goodness we may all be delivered from the chains of those sins which, by our frailty, we have committed; grant this heavenly father for Jesus Christ’s sake, our blessed Lord and Saviour, who is alive and reigns with you in the unity of the Holy Spirit - one God, now and forever. Amen.
(Mothering Sunday) God of compassion, whose son Jesus Christ, the child of Mary, shared the life of a home in Nazareth and on the cross drew the whole human family to himself; strengthen us in our daily living, that in joy and in sorrow we may know the power of your presence to bind together and to heal; through Jesus Christ your son, our Lord, who is alive and reigns with you in the unity of the Holy Spirit - one God, now and forever. Amen.

SPRING BARGAIN BONANZA: Saturday, 25th March 10:30-1pm at St Laurence Parish Hall. Refreshments on sale. Card and contactless payments accepted.
FOOD BANK: Although the parish office is not always open and available to take food donations, you can take them to your church and we will liaise about taking the food over to the food bank. Or you can take your donations directly there – Unit 3c, Westwood Business Park, Strasbourg Street, Margate CT9 3JJ (behind B&Q/ Home Bargains). If the warehouse is closed there is a chest where items can be left safely in the business park central office lobby (first door on left as you enter the ‘courtyard’).
