MOTHERING SUNDAY JOINT SERVICE: 10am Sunday 30th March at St Catherine’s Manston.  Each church should make their own arrangements regarding posies and bring them please. Refreshments will be provided after the service next-door in the village hall. There will be no morning services at any other parish church. SPIRITUALITY HOUR Spirituality Hour continues monthly at Saint Laurence in the candlelit Chapel – refreshments at 7pm for 7.30pm 2nd April 7th May 4th June BELLRINGERS: The bell ringers of St Laurence are looking forward to welcoming  visiting  bellringers from Ashford on Saturday 5th April who will be ringing from 11:00 until 12:00 ST LAURENCE CLOCK APPEAL: Dates for your diary: 5th April, Quiz Night. This one will be held in St Laurence CHURCH, 6:30pm for 7:00 start. Please bring your own drinks and nibbles. There will be a raffle at half time and any donations for prizes would be gratefully be accepted. Tickets for £5.00 per person. Please contact Freda re tickets or prizes on 07732864076. 9th May, an evening concert by Edward and the Coastal choir. Tickets £10.00 from Freda or on the door. 1st June Art Show with a preview on the Friday evening. 28th June Pat’s Strawberry Tea – an all-day event, more details to follow ANNUAL CHURCH MEETINGS: Sunday 27 April after the service at St Mark's, St Catherine's & St Laurence, Sunday 4 May 3pm at St Christopher's.  To be a member of the LOCAL LEADERSHIP TEAM and have a vote you need to be on the electoral roll and this year everyone who wishes to be on the ER must fill in a new form. ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING: Note the date: Annual Parochial Church Meeting – Sunday 18th May 12.45pm at St Mark’s (refreshments/lunch beforehand from 12 noon). MUSIC EXTRAVAGANZA:  This annual event will be happening at St Catherine’s once again on four of the Fridays in May. The performers this year are: Knight and Daze (vocals, guitar, keyboard, sing-along), Mud Chalk (vocals, guitar, keyboard), David Lamner (organ and keyboard), Greyhound Buskers (ukeleles, vocals). Please do put the dates in your diary! Performances will start at 7pm.  £8 per evening or £24 for all 4, if booked in advance.  £9 on the door.
