COLLECT and POST COMMUNION PRAYER for TODAY
Collect: God, the giver of life, whose Holy Spirit wells up within your church: by the Spirit’s gifts equip us to live the gospel of Christ and make us eager to do your will; that we may share with the whole creation the joys of eternal life. Through Jesus Christ your Son our Lord, who is alive and reigns with you, in the unity of the Holy Spirit, one God, now and for ever.
Post Communion: God, our Father, whose Son, the light unfailing, has come from heaven to deliver the world from the darkness of ignorance: let these holy mysteries open the eyes of our understanding that we may know the way of life and walk in it without stumbling. Through Jesus Christ our Lord.

SUPPORT FOR UKRAINE: Graham Elliott of St Catherine’s church in Manston is going to drive a 4x4 vehicle to Ukraine this November for the 2nd year. He is reaching out to you for financial support for the charity. Here is what he says: The vehicles that we drive over there are bought second-hand here in the UK and are in good shape. Once we deliver them in Ukraine, they are given a camouflage paint-job and delivered to the front line. They are used as ambulances for the wounded and for civilian evacuation. These vehicles save lives: those of the brave Ukrainians - and others - fighting Putin's forces; as well as civilians, especially the elderly, caught up in the fighting. If you can make a donation to help purchase the vehicle and for the ancillary costs, it would be very much appreciated. Thank you. https://donorbox.org/ukrainegraham Please note the following that Driving Ukraine have asked me to make clear with regard to donations:
Thank you very much indeed. Graham
